Las Hondonadas are Three self-catered houses in Valverde de los Arroyos, one of the most beautiful villages of the province of Guadalajara (SPAIN), very close to Madrid.

From here you can enjoy the most beautiful views of the Ocejón peak (the highest mountain in Guadalajara: 2,048m).

Each house have a total of 100 square metres, sleeps 4 – 6 people, they are completely furnished, including central heating and hot water.

- Ground floor:
There is a living room with TV, a fireplace, and a double sofa-bed (the living room opens to a large terrace (approx. 20 sq metres) with garden furniture and an umbrella), a small bathroom, large kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and a dinning room adjoining the kitchen (seats 6) and also opens to the terrace.

- First floor:
Two double bedrooms (two beds each) and a bathroom, closets with linen.

- Outdoors:
The property is approximately 5,000 sq metres, fenced in (absolute privacy), a barbecue with outdoor dinning area and private parking, close to a public grass field and playground.

Valverde de los Arroyos

Surrounded by mountains, Valverde is probably the most representative example of the so-called "Black architecture", (houses made of stone with slate tile roofs) typical of the northwest region of Guadalajara. From here you can enjoy the most beautiful views of the Ocejón peak (the highest mountain in Guadalajara: 2,048m).
